Please read the following details carefully

before submitting your request:

-Please allow a minimum of three weeks' notice when submitting requests; last minute orders (dates within 2 weeks of your event) are taken only as my schedule allows, and may incur a 20% rush fee.

​

-Inquiry forms do not guarantee your order. I will respond to all inquiries via email within 72 hours, and payment in full is required to secure your spot on my calendar. Please check your spam folder if you are awaiting a reply.

-Payments are non-refundable, however, you may be able to reschedule your order a minimum of 10 days prior to your original pick-up date.

​

-Custom cookies start at $6/cookie (with a 1 dozen minimum order) -- see my Pricing page for more information. Most of the cookies you see on my social media fall between my middle and top tier on the pricing scale.

​

-Pickups are currently available Saturdays and Sundays from 9am-12pm. If you need an alternate pickup date or time, Fri/Sat/Sun evening pickups may be arranged if available (please mention this in your order request if the standard Sat/Sun timeframe will not work for you)
